Proof of Residency Form
PROOF OF RESIDENCY INFORMATION
If you live and/or own property in Laguna Vista, you are eligible to use our weekly recycling services.
A recycling truck is available every Saturday at Roloff Park from 8:00am – 12:00pm (or whenever the truck gets full – so we suggest coming early).
Beginning August 3rd, 2024 only vehicles with a proof of residency sticker will be permitted to drop off their recycling at the Laguna Vista recycle location.
Two (2) stickers will be provided per household/business.
Proof of Residency forms can be obtained from our website or at City Hall. You will need the following items to complete the form:
RESIDENT/LOCAL BUSINESS:
- Drivers License/Passport (cannot be expired);
- A current utility bill or copy of rental lease as proof of residency; and
- License plate number, make, model and color of each vehicle.
Proof of Residency Stickers will be issued within 7 days of form submission.
There is no cost for the stickers; however, as noted above, without the sticker you will NOT be permitted to drop off your recycling.
