Library Cards:

• Free library service to Texas residents or property owners.
• Must provide proof of residence: ex. current utility bill and copy of driver’s license
• Nonresidents of Texas must pay a $5.00 non-refundable charge.
• Membership good for five years, Renewal fee due every five years.
• Replacement card fee is $2.00 for a lost or damaged card.
• Only one card per patron, no exceptions.
